Boston Wine Expo – Italy and Georgia(!?)

I can’t believe I only snapped one photo of an Italian wine!  The Wine Expo is so huge that it is impossible to try everything, so we did not make it very far into Italy  It’s okay, I already know how much I love Italian wines.

However, we did find ourselves tasting a wine from (of all places) Georgia!  Who knew?  Saperavi is a grape indigenous to the region and has a Cabernet Sauvignon quality. We liked all of them!  Plus, they retail for about $5!
